About Nicole Dickie:
Nicole Dickie, MA, is a Senior Consultant at Hogan Assessments. Based in Taipei, she concentrates on growing Hogan’s brand across APAC and accelerating business growth for Distributors in Greater China, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. She has contributed to global discussions on cross-cultural leadership, talent development and succession planning through articles, podcasts, and international conference submissions.
Nicole is an I-O psychologist and Organizational Development professional, whose expertise spans leadership development, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, change management, and strategic communications. She tailors evidence-based solutions to support individuals, teams, and organizations and designs customized solutions that resonate with an organization’s strategy, culture, and values.
Prior to joining Hogan in January 2024, Nicole served as a management consultant and corporate trainer, delivering training and coaching for global organizations like TSMC, PwC, and Aveda. Before that, she was a senior OD consultant with ONE Gas in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she managed leadership development processes, succession planning, employee surveys, and organizational change management.
Nicole has her master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa (TU), where she engaged in personality research with application in cross-cultural psychology, occupational health, teams, and cybersecurity.
