Our Hogan Refresh Workshop
If you completed your Hogan Certification a while ago you might be thinking of refreshing your knowledge and brushing up your interpretation skills. Our Hogan Refresh Workshop by ATS is delivered by our experienced Hogan experts, designed for participants who may have completed their original training some time ago, or haven't used the tools for a while. The workshop reviews the Hogan’s three core personality assessments:

Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)
Once you’ve completed this foundational certification (required), we offer two advanced workshops to help you become an expert at understanding the nuances of personality results and master the delicate art of providing personality feedback to assessment takers within your organisation.
Please note:
You must already be certified in the Hogan Assessments in order to access the refresher courses. If our database does not have a record of your training, you will receive an email requesting further details of your qualification before proceeding.
